APPLICATION

Eligibility & Requirements

  • No existing incorporated entity in Japan at the time of application.
  • Complete corporate registration in Tokyo by March 2028.
  • Secure office space within Tokyo.
  • Employ at least one full-time employee at the Japanese entity.
  • Conduct business activities aimed at establishing a stable operational base in Tokyo.
  • Present plans for innovation creation in Tokyo, such as PoC, joint research, co-development, or JV establishment with Tokyo-based companies.
